CEO, Robbie Allen, is an accomplished healthcare leader with an impressive track record. Robbie’s professional journey includes successful leadership positions in clinical services organizations that align closely with the complexities of USHV. Notably, he recently served as the CEO of One GI, a significant player in gastroenterology. Under his leadership, One GI achieved substantial revenue growth of 800%, totaling $400 million. Robbie also initiated a sustainable program centered on income repair and value creation in collaboration with clinical providers.
Before his role at One GI, Robbie was CEO at Envision Orthopedics, where he managed and expanded all ambulatory surgical centers within the network. In the early stages of his career, he founded and led Neuromatrix, a provider of complex telemetry, which was eventually acquired by Specialty Care.
Robbie is known for his meticulous attention to detail and expertise in developing support programs that provide value to provider teams while maintaining a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
A local resident of Nashville, Robbie is also a dedicated father of nine, offering a unique blend of experience and personal commitment to his role. Above all, he is dedicated to the core mission of our organization, which is to provide innovative and expert care to the patients we serve.

With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years, Bobby has cemented his reputation as a leading financial strategist in the healthcare sector.
Bobby’s career started in hospital administration, where he developed a deep understanding of the financial and operational needs of healthcare facilities. His expertise is marked by his transformative leadership at Stryker Physiotherapy Associates, where he led the division to achieve unprecedented growth and profitability. His strategic vision was further demonstrated during his tenure with several other companies including Psychiatric Medical Care, where he was instrumental in guiding companies through substantial expansion phases, solidifying market share and financial stability. His journey has seen him lead and revamp financial strategies across several states and diverse healthcare organizations, significantly enhancing their market presence.
Holding an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Bobby’s educational background is as impressive as his professional trajectory.

Justin Simoncini
Justin Simoncini serves as the Chief Growth Officer at US Heart and Vascular (“USHV”). With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Justin is passionate about developing strategies that drive growth and create value for both physicians and patients.
Before joining USHV, Justin was the Chief Executive Officer of Ascend Vision Partners and the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. In his recent roles, he led several successful growth initiatives, including accretive practice acquisitions, denovo expansion, strategic vendor partnerships, and the implementation of new service lines.
Prior to his roles in multi-site healthcare, Justin held various positions at Cardinal Health, in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets, and worked in corporate finance and strategic planning at Pfizer, Inc.
Justin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. With his extensive experience and leadership, Justin is committed to driving USHV’s growth and expanding the organization’s national footprint in the cardiovascular space.

In his most recent role as Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Investment Banking group, Cole led transaction execution efforts with clients in the cardiology, nephrology, and veterinary care space. Most importantly, Cole is astutely aware of the needs of cardiovascular specialists, allowing him to customize opportunities for future USHV partners.
His M&A experience paired with his ability to increase shareholder value will help drive the future growth of USHV. Cole holds a B.S from Miami University in Finance.

Prior to joining USHV, Collin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Physical Rehabilitation Network, a leading physical therapy organization, where he led PRN to extensive growth through a series of successful transactions. Before his tenure at PRN, Collin worked at Ardent Health Services, one of the largest privately held health systems in the US, where he helped lead the company in healthcare acquisitions, including the historic UT Health East Texas health system joint venture with the University of Texas. Prior to Ardent, he worked as Senior Operations Counsel at Community Health Systems and as Senior Corporate Counsel for Medstar Health.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Samford University and a Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Emily Rash is the Chief Value-Based Care Officer at US Heart and Vascular (“USHV”). With her extensive background in healthcare management and leadership, Emily focuses on improving healthcare delivery through innovative and sustainable practices.
Before joining USHV, Emily served as the National Vice President of Network Performance at One Medical, where she enhanced specialty care programs to reduce medical expenses and integrate specialty care through vendor partnerships. Her efforts significantly improved service efficiency and care quality.
Previously, Emily held leadership roles at Premera Blue Cross and ECG Management Consultants, where she drove business growth and performance through targeted market strategies and business development initiatives.
Emily earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, from the University of Tennessee, graduating summa cum laude. As a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), her analytical skills complement her healthcare expertise, making her a key leader at USHV.
