Mike Englehart
Mike is passionate about healthcare and partnering with dedicated physicians and has 20+ years of healthcare experience with a proven track record of leading transformations and establishing clinical alliances and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining USHV, Mike served as President and Chief Operating Officer of American Orthopedic Partners (“AOP”), a national orthopedic practice started in 2020. As one of the founders of the national practice, his role was to help grow the footprint of top tier orthopedic surgeons passionate about clinical excellence, patient care, and moving to value based care. Prior to AOP, Mike served as the Senior Vice President of physician practices and ambulatory services for Trinity Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. Mike also served as President and CEO of Presence Health in Chicago, one of the largest health systems in Illinois, where he oversaw several operational and revenue cycle initiatives that drove a meaningful improvement in financial performance. In addition, Mike served as President of Advocate Physician Partners where he led one of the largest clinically integrated population health networks in the country. He also has experience as a hospital CEO, serving as the CEO of Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Illinois.
Englehart holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northern Illinois University, a master’s degree in business administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a master of arts in organizational leadership from Lewis University. He also holds a certification in project management from Harvard University and Lean and Six Sigma Certification from Loyola University.

Jennifer Grande
Jennifer is the Chief Operating Officer at USHV, and she has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with physicians across various platforms, including independent, hospital-based groups, and multi-site, multidisciplinary practices. Jennifer has exceptional expertise in transforming business processes, integrating business units, and scaling them for growth.
Before joining USHV, Jennifer worked as the Group President of Operations at Sound Physicians, a nationwide multidisciplinary, physician-led organization, where she utilized her skills to grow and develop numerous service lines and associated infrastructure support. There she led the Chief Operating Officers for each business unit and led several critical cross-functional areas, such as field operations, growth, integration, and staffing/recruiting, including licensing and credentialing. She also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at PhyNet Dermatology, one of the fastest-growing dermatology practices in the country. Prior to that, Jennifer was the VP of Operations at the University of Chicago, where she oversaw revenue cycle and operations activity for the University of Chicago physician practices. She also has vast consulting experience within the physician practices, hospital, integrated systems, and payer space through Cap Gemini and ChapterHouse.
Jennifer earned her Master of Arts degree focused on psychology and biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Later, she completed a graduate program in psychology and practiced in Chicago in facility and home-based settings. Additionally, Jennifer possesses an MBA/MHA and a Six Sigma certification.

Scott Walker
Scott serves as Chief Financial Officer of USHV. Scott has significant experience leading healthcare organizations across several key functional areas including financial management, revenue cycle, accounting, financial planning and analysis, payor contracting, lean management and overall business integration.
Over the last 17 years at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Scott has built and grown numerous facilities, physician programs and service lines. In his most recent role, Scott was Chief Financial Officer of their Hospitals and Clinics business, overseeing over $1 billion revenue across oncology facilities, clinics and physician practices across the country. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Southeast Region where he oversaw the development, build and growth of the region as a market leader in oncology.
As CFO of USHV, Scott is focused on building the organization via growth and financial success with an emphasis on driving value to both physicians and patients. He has a Bachelor of the Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois and earned his MBA at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School.

As an U.S. Air Force First Sergeant and Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm war veteran, Sheila is a recipient of the Southwest Asia Service Medal with Commendation for Valor medal. In addition, Sheila serves on the advisory board for Capella University School of Business & Technology and mentors for the American Corporate Partners military veteran program.
Sheila holds a Doctor of Education Performance Improvement Leadership degree as well as an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s Degree. For joyful fun, Sheila spends time traveling with her husband Adam and two daughters: Autrianna and Presley.

Prior to joining USHV, Collin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Physical Rehabilitation Network, a leading physical therapy organization, where he led PRN to extensive growth through a series of successful transactions. Before his tenure at PRN, Collin worked at Ardent Health Services, one of the largest privately held health systems in the US, where he helped lead the company in healthcare acquisitions, including the historic UT Health East Texas health system joint venture with the University of Texas. Prior to Ardent, he worked as Senior Operations Counsel at Community Health Systems and as Senior Corporate Counsel for Medstar Health.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Samford University and a Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Cheryl Rodenfels
Her creative approach to developing and implementing innovative solutions has been an asset to every organization she has served, including in her most recent role as field CTO. There she assisted healthcare organizations with digital transformation initiatives and led the charge in embracing cloud technologies and improving their cyber security environments. Cheryl has also served in leadership roles at Presence Health in Chicago, IL, Scripps Health in San Diego, CA, and Methodist Health in Dallas, TX.
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from Amber University. As a cyber security practitioner, she maintains her CISM certification.

Justin Simoncini serves as the Chief Growth Officer at US Heart and Vascular (“USHV”). With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Justin is passionate about developing strategies that drive growth and create value for both physicians and patients.
Before joining USHV, Justin was the Chief Executive Officer of Ascend Vision Partners and the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. In his recent roles, he led several successful growth initiatives, including accretive practice acquisitions, denovo expansion, strategic vendor partnerships, and the implementation of new service lines.
Prior to his roles in multi-site healthcare, Justin held various positions at Cardinal Health, in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets, and worked in corporate finance and strategic planning at Pfizer, Inc.
Justin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. With his extensive experience and leadership, Justin is committed to driving USHV’s growth and expanding the organization’s national footprint in the cardiovascular space.

Cole Giordon
In his most recent role as Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Investment Banking group, Cole led transaction execution efforts with clients in the cardiology, nephrology, and veterinary care space. Most importantly, Cole is astutely aware of the needs of cardiovascular specialists, allowing him to customize opportunities for future USHV partners.
His M&A experience paired with his ability to increase shareholder value will help drive the future growth of USHV. Cole holds a B.S from Miami University in Finance.

Prior to joining USHV, Mike served as a director of implementation and integration for R1 RCM, a large full-service revenue cycle outsource vendor. During his tenure there, Mike led the successful onboarding and transformation of large health systems and medical groups across the country.
As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Mike is focused on increasing the efficiency of our revenue cycle functions and providing the best possible service to our providers and patients alike. He has a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, and a Masters of Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, IL.

Prior to joining USHV, Sean served as the Vice President of US Radiology Specialists, a leading national private equity backed radiology and diagnostic imaging provider. Before joining US Radiology, Sean spent over a decade in management consulting, the majority of the time working at Deloitte Consulting. While at Deloitte Sean’s focus centered on M&A Integration, Revenue Cycle Management, and Growth Strategy.
As Vice President of Integration Sean is focused on strategically and effectively growing the national footprint of USHV while delivering value to shareholders, physicians, and patients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University.

David Malloy serves as the Vice President of Accounting at USHV.
David brings over 35 years of experience in corporate and public accounting with significant financial management experience in both public and private companies. Prior to joining USHV, David served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pima Heart and Vascular, the largest privately owned and operated cardiovascular practice in Arizona.
As the Vice President of Accounting for USHV, David oversees the company’s treasury, financial and tax activities.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and is a licensed CPA in the states of Tennessee and South Carolina.

Under her direction, Pima Heart and Vascular grew to be the largest, locally-owned and operated cardiovascular practice in Arizona. Her 25 year career in healthcare began with her administrative positions in the areas of neurological and primary care settings and has evolved into her leadership position helping burgeoning practice groups to thrive. She is currently actively involved in the organization’s efforts to address rural and underserved communities in the state.
At USHV, Claudia is responsible for both operational and financial execution within her region. Claudia holds a Master’s in Business Administration and B.S. from the University of Arizona.

Michael Dinkins serves as the Director of Accounting at USHV. Michael brings over 9 years of experience in corporate and public accounting with significant knowledge in public company and multi-site healthcare environments.
Prior to joining USHV, Michael was an instrumental figure in the management, development, and oversight of the corporate accounting activities, policies, and procedures at Wellpath, a leading provider of outsourced correctional and behavioral healthcare services, and Tivity Health, a leading provider of healthy life-changing solutions.
As the Director of Accounting, Michael oversees the company’s financial functions and the administration of physician compensation at our practices. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee.

Mr. Chernow also serves on the board of directors of Concentra Group Holdings Parent. From May 2007 to February 2010, Mr. Chernow served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oncure Medical Corp., one of the largest providers of free-standing radiation oncology care in the United States.
From July 2001 to June 2007, Mr. Chernow served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of JA Worldwide, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the education of young people about business (formerly, Junior Achievement, Inc.).
From 1999 to 2001, he was the President of the Physician Services Group at US Oncology, Inc. Mr. Chernow co-founded American Oncology Resources in 1992 and served as its Chief Development Officer until the time of the merger with Physician Reliance Network, Inc., which created US Oncology, Inc. in 1999.

In 1999, he was appointed president of the University of Louisiana System. At 28, Mr. Jindal became the youngest person to hold the position. In 2001, President George W. Bush appointed Mr. Jindal as principal adviser to the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. Mr. Jindal received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a master’s degree from Oxford.

Chris serves as Executive Chairman of USHV. Chris has decades of experience practicing medicine and leading clinical services organizations. With an MBA from the University of Michigan and M.D. and Residency training at the University of Chicago Hospitals, Chris brings a unique perspective and genuine understanding of the intersection of sound business practice and clinical care through the lens of a provider.
As CEO, Chris led the growth of multi-specialty industry leader ApolloMD from 2004-2013 and earned the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2009. He has helped build a variety of industry-leading health care companies as both senior management as well as serving on the Boards of Directors, focusing on improving clinical care while expanding market share through improved quality, safety, service, and innovation.
At USHV, Chris focuses on leading the executive team and growing the platform via new partnerships. Chris is an Operating Partner with Ares Management and teaches The Business of Healthcare at Stanford University Graduate School of Business since 2016.

Co-founder of Radiology Partners, Rich Whitney serves as chairman and CEO of the Practice, in addition to serving as a venture partner and advisor to New Enterprise Associates. Previously, Rich served as CFO of DaVita Inc., where he helped lead the turnaround of the company, creating more than $3 billion of equity value over three years. He was also integral to DaVita’s growth over many years, leading the acquisition of Gambro Healthcare from Gambro AB and the acquisition of Healthcare Partners, one of the nation’s largest physician practices providing integrated and capitated care to more than 1.5 million patients (now part of Optum).
Rich received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University in University Park and his MBA from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has a long track record of leading, founding and investing in healthcare organizations that create meaningful change in their specialties, serving as an investor, director and chairman of a variety of healthcare companies for more than 15 years. Rich currently serves on the board and is an investor in CHG Healthcare Services, Strive Health and National Veterinary Associates.
