Houston Cardiovascular Associates (HCVA) Elevates Patient Care with Relocation to Museo Medical Office Building
Houston Cardiovascular Associates (HCVA), one of our prominent cardiology practices in the Houston area, proudly announces a significant milestone in its mission to provide exceptional cardiovascular services. The practice has successfully executed a strategic relocation to the state-of-the-art Museo Institute for Medical Arts Building (Museo) in Houston’s Museum District. A year ago this month, HCVA secured the lease for approximately 40,000 square feet in the building, in line with the modern trend among medical providers prioritizing premier real estate.
Museo, an impressive AA-class facility inspired by early 20th-century analytical cubism, aligns seamlessly with HCVA’s commitment to innovation in cardiology. The building’s lobby features rare Thasos marble, crystal chandeliers, and a 6-foot marble statue symbolizing dedication to healing. The soothing blue interior symbolizes health and rejuvenation, underscoring the essence of medical care.
Presently, HCVA occupies the 8th floor and a portion of the 1st floor, enabling the provision of a comprehensive range of medical services. The 8th-floor clinic, spanning an impressive 27,000 square feet, boasts 33 exam rooms and numerous patient-centric features, including additional restrooms, wheelchair access, sinks, waiting areas, and more, designed to enhance the patient experience.
In the upcoming year, we are preparing to launch an Ambulatory Surgical Center on the 1st floor, scheduled to open in January 2024. This ASC will attain Center of Excellence status through a partnership with GE.
This move signifies the initiation of a new chapter in patient service and growth for HCVA, USHV, and our valued partners. The accomplishment of this transition results from a substantial, year-long collaborative effort, with teams from both USHV and HCVA working diligently to optimize the space to deliver the highest quality of service.
