Franklin, Tenn. – December 8, 2025 — US Heart & Vascular (“USHV”), the nation’s leading provider of support services to independent cardiovascular physician practices, today announced the appointment of Nick Lanzi as Chief Financial Officer.
Lanzi joins USHV at a pivotal time in the organization’s growth as it expands its national footprint, accelerates value-based care initiatives, and strengthens the financial infrastructure required to support a scalable, physician-led cardiovascular platform.
A seasoned finance executive with deep experience in payer, provider, and value-based care environments, Lanzi most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Health Care Delivery at CVS Health. In that role, he oversaw financial strategy for a diversified care delivery portfolio and supported the integration and scaling of Signify Health following its acquisition by CVS Health.
“Nick brings a rare combination of operational finance expertise and strategic insight,” said Robbie Allen, Chief Executive Officer of US Heart & Vascular. “He has led finance teams across some of the most respected organizations in healthcare, and he understands how to build disciplined, scalable financial systems that support growth. Nick will play a critical role as we continue to strengthen our national platform, expand access to cardiovascular care, and deliver long-term value to our physicians, partners, and investors.”
As CFO, Lanzi will work closely with USHV executive and regional leadership to prioritize investments that expand patient access, enhance practice performance, and support sustainable, scalable growth across the organization’s expanding footprint.
Before joining CVS Health, Lanzi served as Chief Financial Officer of Signify Health, where he guided the company through rapid growth and expansion into new products and services. He also previously served as CFO to Doctor On Demand and ACES, two General Atlantic portfolio companies, leading Doctor on Demand through a merger with Grand Rounds to form Included Health.
Earlier in his career, Lanzi held multiple leadership positions at Aetna, a CVS Health company, and began his career in investment banking. Lanzi is a graduate of Princeton University, as well as the 2025 Council Fellows program, a Nashville Health Care Council leadership forum gathering executives across the country to address the healthcare industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.
“USHV is uniquely positioned in the cardiovascular space,” said Lanzi. “The demand for high-quality, community-based cardiovascular care continues to grow, and USHV’s physician-led model, strong operating foundation, and commitment to value-based care create a compelling platform for long-term success. I look forward to partnering with Robbie and our physician leaders to advance our growth strategy and support our practices to deliver measurable value to patients and communities.”
