Franklin, Tenn. – October 7, 2025 — US Heart & Vascular (“USHV”), the nation’s leading provider of support services to cardiovascular physician practices, today announced the promotion of Emily Rash to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Rash joined USHV in 2024 as Chief Value-Based Care Officer, where she led initiatives to improve patient outcomes, strengthen physician alignment, and expand value-based programs across the organization’s national footprint.
In her new role, Rash will oversee operations across USHV’s network of physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers, working closely with regional leadership to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen the patient, provider, and team member experience.
“Emily has been a transformative leader at USHV,” said Robbie Allen, Chief Executive Officer. “Her ability to connect operational improvements with better patient outcomes and physician engagement has made a lasting impact. As COO, she will play a key role in building the infrastructure and culture that make USHV the best place to work — and the best place for patients to stay healthy.”
Before joining USHV, Rash served as National Vice President of Network Performance at One Medical, where she led programs that integrated specialty care and reduced medical expenses through innovative partnerships. She is a graduate of the 2025 Council Fellows program, a Nashville Health Care Council leadership forum gathering executives across the country to address the healthcare industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.
“It’s an honor to serve this incredible team,” said Rash. “USHV is growing rapidly, and my goal is to make that growth smarter — ensuring our systems, workflows, and culture enable every team member and physician to deliver the best possible care to our patients.”
Rash earned her MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
